When to use each email address
For general questions, collaborations, press inquiries, or anything that’s not directly about an order or invoice.
Examples: opening hours, product availability, partnerships, or “Do you guys have this tee in black?”
For anything related to your order or invoice.
Examples: payment questions, order status, shipping info, or returns.
For administrative or business matters (not customer service).
Examples: accounting, suppliers or official documents
Customer service hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 – 17:00 (CET)
Friday: 9:00 – 16:00 (CET)
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Even the FUNKY MONKEY® needs a siesta we’re closed on Spanish and Valencian holidays.
