1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. Easy and secure!
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days on the Spanish mainland. We don’t ship to islands yet.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy on unworn items. Check our Returns page for details.
4. Do your T-shirts run true to size?
Our retro tees have a slim fit. If you want a looser fit, consider sizing up.
5. Are your designs original?
Absolutely! Every FUNKY MONKEY® design is unique and licensed, inspired by the fifties to the nineties.
6. How do I care for my FUNKY MONKEY® T-shirt?
Machine wash cold, hang dry, and avoid bleach to keep your funky prints fresh.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
8. Do you ship outside Spain?
Not yet, monkey lover. Right now we only swing through mainland Spain – no islands, no jungles. But if you really want it send us an email
9. Do your T-shirts shrink in the wash?
Only if you wash them like your grandma 90°C, full spin, no mercy. Stick to 30°C and you’re golden.
10. Do you have a physical store?
Nope, we’re wild and 100% online. No fitting rooms, no mall music.
11. Can I gift-wrap my order?
Hell yes. We wrap it up like it’s a rockstar’s birthday. Just select “Funky Gift Wrap” at checkout and let the magic happen. 🎁
12. Do you restock sold-out designs?
Sometimes. But once they’re gone, they’re gone. So grab it or regret it.
13. Do your products contain monkey hair?
LOL. No monkeys were harmed or shaved. Just 100% cotton and 200% funk.
